Today at 4 pm start the finale of the fourteenth Junior Eurovision Song Contest, from the Mediterranean Conference Center in the Maltese capital Valletta.<\/p>\n

Seventeen countries are taking part, including the Netherlands<\/strong>, with girls trio Kisses.
