Senhit, met Culture Club-frontman Boy George, won er de nationale voorronde, met <em>Superstar<\/em>. San Marino treedt aan in de eerste halve finale.<\/p>\n<p>Senhit stond al <strong>twee keer eerder<\/strong> op het podium van het Songfestival voor San Marino. Behalve in 2021 was dat in 2011. In 2020 had ze ook deel moeten nemen.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Boy George in Wenen?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Vraag is nu of Senhit Boy George meeneemt naar Wenen.<\/p>\n<p>Boy George is de frontman van de legendarische Britse popgroep Culture Club, bekend van wereldhits als\u00a0<em><strong>Karma Chameleon\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>en\u00a0<em><strong>Do You Really Want to Hurt Me<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"YP99N1Sd8o\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/songfestival.be\/landen\/sm\/boy-george-samen-met-senhit-in-nationale-finale-san-marino\/\">Boy George samen met Senhit in nationale finale San Marino<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"&#8220;Boy George samen met Senhit in nationale finale San Marino&#8221; &#8212; Songfestival.be\" src=\"https:\/\/songfestival.be\/landen\/sm\/boy-george-samen-met-senhit-in-nationale-finale-san-marino\/embed\/#?secret=zqs0snIZ84#?secret=YP99N1Sd8o\" data-secret=\"YP99N1Sd8o\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Hij is (met twee zinnetjes) te horen op het lied. Naar de nationale finale <strong>stuurde hij zijn kat<\/strong>; hij is op tournee.<\/p>\n<p>In 2021 nam Senhit bekende rapper<strong>\u00a0Flo Rida<\/strong> mee naar Rotterdam. Afwachten nu of Senhit haar 22ste plaats in de finale van 2021 kan verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Langgerekte voorronde<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>SMRTV, de omroep van San Marino, maakte er dit jaar opnieuw een uitgebreide voorronde van. Ge\u00efnteresseerden moesten eerst door de <strong>audities<\/strong> geraken.<\/p>\n<p>Wie dat lukte, mocht aantreden in een van de <strong>twee halve finales<\/strong> eerder deze week. Van daaruit stootten <strong>tien kandidaten<\/strong> door naar de finale.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>21 finalisten<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tien andere finaleplaatsen waren gereserveerd voor <strong>gevestigde namen<\/strong>, waaronder Senhit. Zij mochten <strong>meteen naar de finale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>E\u00e9n <em>wildcard<\/em> was gereserveerd voor een <strong>inwoner van San Marino<\/strong>.\u00a0Zo waren er dus <strong>21 finalisten<\/strong> in totaal.<\/p>\n<p>In die finale besliste een <strong>vijfkoppige jury<\/strong> over winst en dus het Songfestivalticket van San Marino voor Wenen.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Buitenlandse namen<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bij de finalisten waren zoals gewoonlijk in San Marino heel wat <strong>buitenlanders<\/strong>. Het merendeel daarvan is uiteraard <strong>Italiaans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>E\u00e9n van de finalisten was <strong>Magdalena Tul<\/strong>. Zij probeerde in 2013, zonder succes, voor <strong>Zwitserland<\/strong> naar het Songfestival te gaan.
